The alarm did not sound

Duo Grill asks for notification permission the first time you start a timer. If you declined, turn it back on in Settings → Duo Grill → Notifications. Timer chimes are also played through the ringer switch while a countdown is running, so they are audible on silent.

Where are the folded modes?

On an iPhone Duo they follow the hinge: fold it to about 90° and the grill appears; stand it in a ∧ and it becomes the tent timer. On hardware that does not fold, the timers are one tap away — the stopwatch badge in the top corner of the grill screen.

My food is cooking too fast

That is Demo Mode, which runs at twelve times life so a whole cook plays out in a couple of minutes. Turn the knob in the top-left corner to switch to Real-Time Mode, where the numbers over each piece are the minutes it actually has left.

Can I change the times?

Every timer can be adjusted by a minute at a time while it runs, and the timer screen lets you set any duration you like for a custom item.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes. The grate is larger and holds more food. Everything else is the same.
